Your Responsibilities
Washroom Direct can assist you with your responsibilities to your staff. As an employer, you have responsibilities of Duty of Care. The 1992 workplace regulations places responsibility on employers to provide washroom facilities for it's employees. In particular, you must
- Provide for the disposal of sanitary dressings
- Provide a holder or dispenser for the provision of toilet paper
- Provide soap or other means of handwashing
- Provide a means for hand drying
- Prevent odours from lingering in washrooms and from entering other rooms
Termination of current contract
You may want to end your current service contract and move to us, we have documents which you can download to help with terminating your contract whether through breach(poor service) or price.
